A poem by Sennah Yee
I made my dad help me record an audition tape even though I wasn’t British, or even an actress. But I’m Asian, and for once, that’s what fit. I sat with my mom and marked all of Cho Chang’s lines in Goblet of Fire with electric blue Post-its. When I read them all aloud back-to-back, they only added up to 17 seconds of dialogue. Still, I recited them over and over like a mantra.
